I've spent more than 20 years helping people discover their voice.
For 18 years, that meant standing in front of students in outstanding and world-leading schools, encouraging young people to speak up, believe in themselves and fulfil their potential. Today, I do the same work in boardrooms, auditoriums, and one-to-one coaching sessions.
